Try before you pay
Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with no card needed, so you can check Wickproof works for you before paying anything.
When we refund
Your first payment: ask within 14 days and we'll refund it in full.
Mistakes: if you were charged twice or charged by error, we refund the extra charge.
A renewal you forgot to cancel: ask within 7 days of the renewal and, if you haven't used the paid features since, we'll refund it.
Otherwise, cancelling stops future payments and you keep access until the end of the billing period you paid for. We don't refund part-used months.
How refunds are paid
Card payments go back to the same card. Your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
EcoCash and Paynow payments go back to the number that paid.
USDT payments go back to the wallet that sent them, less the TRON network fee.
How to ask
Email support@wickproof.com or use Support in your account, with the email address on your account. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank: it's faster for you, and we answer every request.
