What Wickproof is, and isn't
Wickproof is software for charting, replaying and backtesting markets, with AI tools that describe charts. It is for education and testing.
It is not financial advice. Backtests, replays and AI analysis describe the past and do not predict or guarantee future results.
AI answers are generated automatically and can be wrong. Unless you switch on trade calls (below), they describe charts and are not recommendations to trade.
Trading synthetic indices, CFDs and other leveraged products carries a high risk of losing money. Every trading decision you make is yours.
Wickproof is independent. It is not part of, or endorsed by, Deriv or any broker. Market data comes from third parties and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
Trade calls (optional, off unless you switch them on)
If you switch on trade calls in the AI chat, a chart read can end with a trade idea: buy, sell or no trade, with an entry, a stop and targets. You switch them on by ticking a box that confirms you have read the risk statement, and we record when you did. You can switch them off at any time.
A trade call is generated automatically by AI from the chart data alone. It is general, not personal: we do not know your finances, objectives, experience or circumstances, and a call does not take them into account.
A trade call is not financial advice and not a promise of any result. Calls can be wrong, often. Past, tested or simulated results do not predict future ones.
You can lose all the money you trade with, and more on leveraged products such as CFDs. Only trade money you can afford to lose.
Every trade you place is your own decision and your own responsibility. Wickproof never places trades, and we are not liable for any loss from acting on a trade call.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. One person per account; don't share it.
You sign in with a link sent to your email, so keep your email account secure.
Your journal, drawings and setups are yours. You can export them from your account at any time.
Plans and payment
The free plan has limited features. New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no card needed.
Pro is $9 a month or $90 a year, and Premium is $19 a month or $190 a year (US dollars). Card subscriptions renew every month or every year, matching the plan you chose, until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your account's billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Your card subscription starts straight away and renews until you cancel. You can cancel any time, and cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Payments by EcoCash, Paynow or USDT buy 30 days of access (365 days for a yearly payment) and do not renew automatically.
AI credits come with each plan, reset monthly and don't roll over.
Don't copy, resell or scrape the service or its data, try to break or overload it, get around plan limits, or use it for anything illegal.
Don't use automated tools, scripts or prompt tricks to pull data or AI answers in bulk, and don't resell AI answers.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we do, we refund any unused prepaid time, unless the account was used for fraud.
Your content and copyright
Anything you add, such as a screenshot for the AI, a saved read or a public prove-it card, stays yours. Only add what you have the right to use, and never someone else's copyrighted images or paid course material.
If you think something on Wickproof infringes your copyright, email support@wickproof.com with what it is, where it appears, and a statement that you own the rights or act for the owner. We'll look at it quickly and take it down if it infringes. Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material are closed.
Accessibility
We want Wickproof to work for everyone. If something is hard to use with your device or assistive technology, email support@wickproof.com and we'll help and work on a fix.
Service and liability
We work to keep Wickproof running and accurate, but it is provided "as is", and features can change or be interrupted. We aren't responsible for trading losses or decisions made using the service. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without taking away any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
